Import from other tools
Bring time, customers, projects and tasks from Clockodo, Trello, Asana, MeisterTask or any CSV file.

The import brings your data from another tool. It only reads. Nothing changes in your old tool. Admins run the import.

Run an import
- Open Time & Projects → Import and pick the source.
- Connect:
- Clockodo: enter your Clockodo email and API key, and pick how far back to go. You find the key in Clockodo under your name → personal data → API key. The key is used only for this import and is not stored.
- CSV: upload a file up to 2 MB. meetergo detects the columns.
- Check the preview. Customers land in the CRM as companies and services land in your products. Nothing is created twice.
- Under Assign people, pick the matching team member for each person without an account. Rows you skip are left out.
- Click Start import.
Entries that were already billed in the old tool come in as not billable, so they are not billed twice. Running the same import again skips what is already there.
