Personal clock links
Give each member a personal link to clock in on a shared tablet or their own phone, with an optional PIN.
Staff without a PC or the app clock in with a personal link. It opens already filled in, for example "Hello Anna" with today's status and total, and shows Clock in, Break and Clock out. It works on a shared tablet or on the member's own phone. Clock links are part of the Suite plan.
Send a link
- Open Settings → Kiosk.
- Under Links in your team, find the member.
- Click Send by email, or Create and copy link to pass it on yourself.
You see a link only once, when it is created. Whoever has the link can clock for that member.
PIN for shared tablets
Switch on PIN when clocking if several people use the same tablet. Each person then picks their own 4 to 6 digit PIN the first time they open their link and enters it on every tap. After 5 wrong PINs the link is locked for 15 minutes.
Offline
Without a connection, taps are saved on the device and sent once it is back online. The page must stay open for that. Taps older than 24 hours are dropped. The admin then corrects the day.
A lost or shared link
- Create new link makes the old link stop working at once. The PIN is chosen again.
- Revoke link stops the link until you create a new one.
What the link does not do
No photos, no location and no list of names. The page shows only the member's own day.
Who can get a link
Members who record working time, including time-only members without a login. Rooms, viewers and partners get no link.
