Mira in Time & Projects

What Mira does with meetings, calls and messages, what it may change on its own, and what always needs you.

Updated on October 30, 2026

Mira turns meetings, calls and messages into tasks, notes and time drafts. You decide what Mira reads and what it may do. Open Settings → Mira.

What Mira may do

Each kind of action is Off, Suggest or Automatic.

  • Internal, always undoable: create tasks, update tasks, add subtasks, notes on tasks, project summaries, create projects, set up portals, assign costs, CRM tasks. Automatic means Mira changes it directly and you can undo everything.
  • Customer or money, always with approval: prepare invoices and offers, inform customers, ask for reviews, request signatures. These are never automatic. They wait in Approvals with the text Mira prepared.
  • Suggest times: Mira only suggests drafts. You always confirm them yourself.

What Mira reads

Meetings with the Notetaker, calls, emails, WhatsApp and chat, forms, and what you tell Mira about your day. Clock events are off by default and stay out of Mira until you switch them on. Sick days are never read.

After a meeting

With the Notetaker, Mira reads the recap and suggests tasks with a quote from the meeting. Internal tasks it may create directly if you allowed it. An email to the customer always waits for your approval. No time is confirmed.

Capture your day

In My time or from the day total in the Calendar, click Capture with Mira and describe your day. Mira places drafts in your week. It recognises customers, projects and times, and does not count appointments or a running timer twice. Nothing is recorded until you confirm.

What Mira does not do

Mira works on projects, tasks and drafts. It never rates or ranks people.
