Time in the mobile app
Clock in, run the timer, add time, request absences and decide approvals in the meetergo app, also offline.
The Time tab in the meetergo app brings Time & Projects to your phone.
What you can do
- Working time: Clock in, Break, Back to work and Clock out, with today's hours, breaks and your hour account
- Project timer: start it on a project and optional task, stop it and undo
- Add time for a project
- Suggestions for today: confirm drafts from your appointments
- Absences: Request absence or Report sick, see your remaining vacation, cancel an absence
- Approvals: team leads approve or decline leave and corrections
Offline
Without a connection you can still clock in and out, start and stop the project timer and add time. Each tap is saved on the phone, counted as waiting to sync, and sent once in order when you are back online. The project picker uses the last list the app saw.
If the app starts offline, the time clock shows the last state it knew. If the app has never been online, it shows a short notice instead. Absences and approvals need a connection.
If a synced change no longer fits your day, or a timer tap is more than a day old when it syncs, the app shows Not recorded. Check the day in the web app then.
Time-only members
Time-only members see only working time, absences and their own account. All other tabs are hidden.
