Team visibility and the works council
What team leads see, the live list of who is clocked in, reminders to leads and what Mira reads.
These switches decide how closely team leads look at their team. Agree them with your works council. They apply on every plan. You find them under Settings → Working time → Visibility for team leads.

A team lead is an admin of a team. Team leads see the members of the teams they lead. Company admins see everyone.
Team → Time
Team → Time shows each person's hour account, the month's balance, vacation and hints. With Show who is clocked in on, it also shows who is in, on a break or away. The export to DATEV payroll starts here too.
What Mira reads
Under Settings → Mira → What Mira reads, Clock events is off by default. Working time stays out of Mira until you switch it on. Sick days are never part of what Mira reads. Mira never rates or ranks people.
