Resource Hubs: Overview & Getting Started
Learn what Resource Hubs are and how to create your first one using templates or from scratch
Resource Hubs are interactive, trackable content spaces you share with prospects, customers, or partners. Instead of sending scattered attachments or links, you give recipients a single, branded destination — organized into stages and steps — where they can explore materials, leave comments, and move through your process at their own pace.
You can use Resource Hubs for:
- Sales outreach: Send a personalized hub instead of a cluttered email with attachments
- Client onboarding: Guide new customers step-by-step through setup and training
- Fundraising: Share financial materials, pitch decks, and due diligence documents in a controlled space
- Customer success: Deliver product tutorials and knowledge resources in a structured format
On the free plan, you can create up to 3 Resource Hubs. Upgrade to a Teams or higher plan for unlimited hubs.

Available Templates
| Template | Best For | Stages |
|---|---|---|
| Company Introduction | General outreach | Welcome → Why us → Pricing & FAQ → Next steps |
| Cold Outreach | First-touch prospecting | Welcome → Why choose us → Possible questions → Next steps |
| Selling to SMBs | Small business deals | Welcome → Meeting materials → Next steps → Book a meeting |
| Selling to Mid-Market | Larger deals | Welcome → Intro meeting → Commercials → POC → FAQ |
| Client Onboarding | New customer setup | Welcome → Kickoff → Integrations → POC → FAQ |
| Product Tutorial & Onboarding | Feature education | Welcome → Basics → How others use it → Upgrading → FAQ |
| Fundraising | Investor relations | Welcome → Materials → Financials → Next steps |
The Fundraising template includes a locked "Financials" stage by default — visitors can see it exists but cannot access it until you explicitly unlock it. This is useful for sensitive materials you want to reveal at the right moment.
Saving Your Own Templates
If you build a hub structure you want to reuse:
- Open the hub you want to save
- Click the ··· menu (top right)
- Select Save as template
Your template appears under My Templates in the template picker for all future hubs.
Starting from Scratch
- Click New Resource Hub
- Select Start blank
- Give the hub a name
- Add stages and steps manually (see Managing Stages & Steps)
Hub Settings
After creating a hub, configure it from the Settings panel:
Basic Info
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The hub title shown to visitors |
| Description | Optional intro text displayed at the top |
| Owner | Assign a team member as the primary contact |
| Customer company | Link the hub to a specific company in your CRM |
| Internal notes | Private notes for your team — never visible to external visitors |
Custom URL (Slug)
Give your hub a memorable, shareable URL path:
- Open hub Settings
- Under Custom URL, enter a slug (e.g.,
acme-onboarding) - Slugs must be 3–80 characters using lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens
- Click Save
Your hub is then accessible at app.meetergo.com/hubs/acme-onboarding.
Slugs are unique within your account. If another hub already uses the same slug, you'll be prompted to choose a different one.
Access Control
Control who can view the hub:
- Require email: Visitors must enter their email before accessing the hub. This populates your analytics with real identities.
- Password protection: Set a password that visitors must enter. Useful for sensitive materials.
See Sharing & Access Control for full details.
Managing Your Hubs
All Resource Hubs are listed in the Resource Hubs section. From the list view you can see:
- Hub name and creation date
- Linked customer company
- 30-day engagement summary (views, unique visitors, ratings, comments)
- Quick actions: open, duplicate, delete
Assigning a Hub to a Deal Space
Resource Hubs can be linked to Deal Spaces so your sales team has full context alongside CRM data:
- Open a Deal Space
- Go to the Resources tab
- Click Add Resource Hub
- Select an existing hub or create a new one
Plan Limits
| Plan | Resource Hubs |
|---|---|
| Basic / Free | 3 hubs |
| Essentials | 3 hubs |
| Growth | 3 hubs |
| Teams | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | Unlimited |
When you reach the limit, meetergo shows an upgrade prompt. Upgrading to Teams immediately removes the restriction.
