Form Template Marketplace
Start a new form from a ready-made template, or share one of your own forms as a public template others can copy.
The Template Marketplace lets you start a new routing form from a ready-made template instead of building it from scratch. You can also publish one of your own forms as a public template so other meetergo users can copy its structure. Only the layout and questions are ever shared, never your submissions, settings, or CRM mappings.
Browse and use a template
- Go to Routing Forms.
- Click Browse templates in the top right.
- Search by name or filter by category using the chips at the top of the page.
- On a template you like, click Use this template.
meetergo copies the template into your workspace as a brand-new form and opens it in the editor right away. From there you can rename it, edit the questions, and adjust the settings like any other form.
Templates marked by meetergo are official templates built and maintained by our team. The rest are community templates published by other users.
Publish your own form as a template
You can share any of your routing forms as a public template. Other users will be able to copy its structure, but never see your form submissions, prefilled values, CRM field mappings, or company details.
- Go to Routing Forms.
- Find the form you want to share and open its ⋯ (more) menu.
- Click Publish to marketplace.
- Optionally add a Category (e.g.
lead-gen,recruiting) and a short Description to help people find it. - Click Publish to marketplace.
Your form is submitted for review and appears publicly once our team approves it. Publishing automatically turns on Allow copying for the form.
Only workspace admins can publish a form. Meeting-type forms can't be shared as templates, only standalone routing forms.
Allow copying
Allow copying is the master switch that controls whether a form can be used as a template. You'll find it in the form's settings panel.
- When you publish a form, this is turned on automatically.
- When it's off, the form is never listed in the marketplace and no one can copy it, even if it was approved before.
Withdraw a template
You can pull a template from the marketplace at any time. Open the form's settings and turn off Allow copying. It immediately disappears from the marketplace and can no longer be copied. Forms you already copied into your own workspace are not affected.
FAQ
What exactly gets shared when I publish a form?
Only the form's structure: its pages, fields, and questions. Your submissions, prefilled values, CRM and integration field mappings, and any company references are stripped out before the template is listed.
Who can see my published template?
Once approved, anyone browsing the marketplace can see and copy it. Treat the questions and layout as public.
How long does review take?
A published form stays in a pending state until our team reviews it. It only becomes visible in the marketplace after approval.
Can I edit a template after publishing it?
Yes. The published template reflects your form, so changes you make to the form carry over. To stop sharing entirely, turn off Allow copying.
Does using a template share anything back with the original author?
No. Using a template creates an independent copy in your workspace. The original author doesn't receive your data or see what you do with the copy.
