Here you connect your external calendars, choose which ones block your availability, and decide where new meetings are saved.

Availability overview
Your availability in meetergo is a mix of your schedules, holidays, availability exceptions, and busy times from connected calendars. Calendar events always take the highest priority — they block bookings even during times you've explicitly marked as available. See Understanding Rule Precedence for the full order. You can manage everything from your Availability page.
For example, you can:
- Create and apply multiple bookings: Build different bookings for different types of availability. Assign them to the Meeting Types that need them.
- Observe holidays: Select holidays to automatically block time on all booking links.
- Manage connected calendars: Choose which calendars meetergo checks for conflicts and where new meetings are added.
Note: You can set your time zone and location in Availability page
Best practices for users
- Observe holidays: Toggle on the holidays you want to observe. meetergo will block off those days automatically
- Manage calendar connections: Choose which calendars meetergo should check when looking for conflicts and where to save new meetings
Best practices for owners and admins
- Connect team calendars: Every team member should connect their own calendars
- Check calendar connections: View calendar status for each user on the Users page or from their individual profiles
- Set Meeting Type permissions: Let others edit availability for specific Meeting Types, even if they're not the host
Define availability via calendar events
If your bookable times change a lot week to week, you can manage them directly in your connected calendar by creating titled events that meetergo treats as positive availability windows. See Add availability from calendar for setup, the recommended event status per provider, and how parallel events behave.
Availability Rules and Exceptions
Availability exceptions help you block specific dates or add extra available time outside your weekly schedule. Use them for one-time changes like holidays, vacation, special opening hours, or an extra bookable afternoon.
Use the dedicated exceptions guide when you need the full blocker vs. available walkthrough and rule-priority details.
