In this article, we explain how you can configure your availability for a specific period of time. This allows you to adjust your bookability within a defined date range.
This is useful for temporary projects, sales promotions, event calendars, or seasonal services.
How to configure your schedule for a specific period
- Go to the Meeting Types in your meetergo account
- Create a new appointment type by clicking on New or edit an existing appointment type by selecting it from the list
- In the appointment type settings, switch to the When can people book? tab
- Under Date Range select within a date range
- Set the start and end date range for your availability
- Save your settings
Adjust specific available times
If you want to set specific available times, you can further adjust your availability:
- Set preferences such as buffers
- Configure booking limits
- Adjust time slot intervals
Preview and troubleshoot
Finally, use Preview to view your booking page. There, you can confirm if everything is set up correctly.
If slots aren't displaying as expected, use the Troubleshoot button to understand why certain time slots are not showing.
