How to set start time increments
Control how available time slots are displayed to your customers
Start time increments control the spacing of available times on a meeting type booking page. A 15-minute increment shows 15:00, 15:15, 15:30 and 15:45, while a 60-minute increment only shows times on the hour.
You set them on the meeting type under Availability in the Duration & Timing section, in Show available start times in increments of. The increment is independent of the meeting duration, so a 30-minute meeting can still offer starts every 15 minutes.
For the full walkthrough, the available values, staggered start times, and how increments interact with your availability window and buffers, see Custom time slot intervals.
