If you've noticed that your new meetergo appointments aren't showing up in your calendar, you're in the right place. This article will help you troubleshoot calendar sync issues and ensure your appointments appear where you need them.

Checking Your Calendar Sync Settings

To fix calendar sync issues, you need to verify that you've selected the correct calendar for synchronization:

  1. Log in to your meetergo account
  2. Click on your user image in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu (or go directly to Profile)
  4. Look for the "Calendar Sync" section on the right side
  5. Check the dropdown menu to ensure the correct calendar is selected

If you've correctly selected a calendar but your appointments still aren't appearing, make sure your calendar is properly connected to meetergo.

Verifying Calendar Connection

If your calendar doesn't appear in the dropdown menu or you're having persistent issues, you may need to reconnect your calendar:
