How to Set Up Multi-Slot Booking
Let clients book multiple independent time slots at once for flexible scheduling
Multi-slot booking allows your clients to select and book multiple independent time slots in a single booking session. Unlike recurring meetings where dates follow a fixed pattern, multi-slot booking gives clients complete flexibility to choose any available times they want.
This is ideal when clients need multiple sessions but want to pick specific dates that work for their schedule rather than committing to a regular weekly or monthly pattern.
Requirements
Multi-slot booking is available on the Growth plan and above. The feature cannot be combined with:
- Group booking (multiple attendees per slot)
- Round-robin or co-host meetings
- Payment-enabled meetings
Setting Up Multi-Slot Booking
- Go to Meeting Types and select the meeting type you want to configure
- Scroll down to find the Multi-Booking section
- Enable the Enable multi-booking toggle
- Select Manual selection as the booking mode
- Configure the slot limits
Configuration Options

How It Works for Bookers
When a client visits your booking page:
- They see the calendar with all available time slots
- They click on multiple slots to select them (dates can be on any available day)
- Selected slots are highlighted and shown in a list
- They must select at least the minimum required slots
- After selecting their slots, they complete the booking form
- All selected slots are booked together as a series

- Client picks any 3 dates that suit them

Managing Multi-Slot Appointments
All appointments from a multi-slot booking are linked together. In your Appointments view:
- Multi-slot appointments are grouped as a series
- Each appointment can be managed individually
- Canceling one appointment doesn't affect the others
- Each appointment has its own calendar invitation and reminders
FAQ
Can clients select slots on the same day?
Yes, if you have multiple time slots available on the same day, clients can book more than one slot on that day.
What if a client can't find enough available slots?
If there aren't enough available slots for the minimum requirement, the client won't be able to complete the booking. Consider adjusting your availability or reducing the minimum slots requirement.
Can I set different durations for each slot?
No, all slots in a multi-slot booking use the same duration as configured in your meeting type settings.
Can clients add more slots later?
No, all slots must be selected and booked together. If a client wants additional sessions, they would need to make a new booking.
