Updated on December 15, 2025

Secret meeting types don't appear on your public booking page but remain fully functional when accessed via their direct link. This is perfect for VIP clients, special offers, or internal scheduling.

Managing Secret Meeting Types

Finding Hidden Meeting Types

In your meeting types list:

  • Hidden meeting types may show a special indicator
  • Use filters to show/hide hidden types
  • All meeting types appear in your admin view

Tracking Bookings

Secret meeting types work like regular ones:

  • Bookings appear in your calendar
  • Notifications are sent normally
  • Analytics track these meetings

Making Public Again

To unhide a meeting type:

  1. Edit the meeting type
  2. Toggle Hidden off
  3. Save changes

The meeting type immediately appears on your public page.

Best Practices

Clear Naming

Name hidden meeting types clearly:

  • "VIP Consultation (Hidden)"
  • "[Internal] Team Sync"
  • "Partner Demo - Private"

This helps you manage them in your admin view.

Track Where You Share

Keep a record of:

  • Who has the link
  • Where you've shared it
  • When to rotate or retire the link

Review Periodically

Check your hidden meeting types:

  • Are they still needed?
  • Should any become public?
  • Are the settings still appropriate?

FAQ
