Sharing Time Slot Suggestions
Generate a link with pre-selected time slots so attendees can only pick from the specific times you suggest.
This guide will show you how to share specific time slots with your attendees, giving them the power to choose a time that works best for everyone while keeping your calendar flexible and efficient.
How to Share Time Slot Suggestions
- Go to your Meeting Types and navigate to the meeting type you want to schedule
- Click on the "Share" button
- Select "Suggest time slots"
- Choose the specific dates and times you're suggesting
- Confirm your selection
- Copy the generated link to share with your attendee
When you share the link (which looks like https://cal.meetergo.com/richard/10min?times=2025-01-29T09:30Z,2025-01-29T10:30Z), your attendee will see only the times you've selected. This means no more guessing games or back-and-forth negotiations.
The times in the link are stored in UTC (that's what the Z means). Your attendee always sees them converted to their own time zone, so a slot you picked for 10:30 your time shows up at the matching local time on their end.
FAQ
Can I change the suggested times after sharing the link?
