Single-use links

Share a booking link that closes after one booking, with its own duration, location, hours or host.

Updated on September 10, 2026

A single-use link is a booking page for one person and one booking. As soon as someone books through it, the link closes. Forwarding it does nothing.

Use one when you want to hand out your availability without handing out a link that keeps working:

  • A candidate booking one interview slot, not a standing invitation
  • A client who has already had their free intro call
  • A VIP you want to offer earlier or longer slots than everyone else

Create one

From Scheduling, open the menu on a meeting type card and choose Create single-use link. Copy the link and send it.

You can also create one from Scheduling → Single-use links, which is where all of your links live.

When you create a link, the dialog shows the meeting type's own settings. Change any of them for this one invitee:

SettingWhat it does
Meeting nameWhat the invitee sees on the booking page
DurationAny length up to 24 hours. Pick Custom to type your own
LocationOne of the locations the meeting type offers
HostPins the booking to one person instead of the round-robin rotation
ScheduleWhich weekly hours are open. The hours show right below the schedule
Date rangeHow far into the future the invitee can book, or a fixed range of dates
Minimum noticeHow far ahead the invitee has to book

Only what you change is saved for the link. Settings you leave alone keep following the meeting type. Nothing you change here touches the meeting type, and everyone else keeps booking it as before.

Track what you sent

Scheduling → Single-use links lists every link with its status:

  • Active: still bookable
  • Booked: someone used it
  • Expired: nobody booked it within 30 days

A booked link stays in the list, so you can see which of the links you sent turned into meetings. Use Duplicate to send the same person a fresh one.

The Internal name field is only visible to you. Two links to the same meeting type look identical without it, so give each one the name of the person you sent it to.

Limits

  • A link expires 30 days after you create it if nobody books.
  • One link produces one booking. To book again, send a new link.
  • The meeting type cannot be changed after the link exists. Create a new link instead.
