Time format on the booking page: 12-hour or 24-hour
Show booking times as 9:00 AM or 09:00 by default, per meeting type, while invitees can still switch
Every booking page shows times in either the 12-hour (AM/PM) or the 24-hour format. You choose the default per meeting type. Invitees can switch to the other format on the page at any time, so nobody is locked in.
Set the default for a meeting type
- Open Scheduling and edit the meeting type.
- Go to the Advanced tab.
- Under Default time format, choose 12-hour (AM/PM) or 24-hour.
- Save.
The booking page for that meeting type now opens in the format you chose. The page language is not affected: an English booking page can show 24-hour times, and a German one can show AM/PM.
Several meeting types
The setting lives on each meeting type, so repeat it for every booking page you share. If your team uses meeting-type templates, set it once on the template and it applies to the meeting types created from it.
The default only decides what invitees see first. The switch between 12-hour and 24-hour stays visible on the booking page, and the invitee's choice is kept while they book.
