Engagement analytics for Spaces

See who is engaging with each portal, how warm a deal is, and which content performs across all your Spaces

Updated on July 2, 2026

Every visit to a Space is tracked down to the document page, so you can act on real engagement instead of guessing.

Per-space analytics

Open a Space and click Analytics to see:

  • Summary — visits, unique viewers, total time viewed, downloads, CTA clicks, bookings made from the portal, and the average portal rating
  • Live now — who is in the portal at this moment and which block they are viewing
  • Viewers — every verified viewer with sessions, time spent, downloads and a lead score (hot / warm / cold) that decays as engagement goes stale. Export the list as CSV for your CRM.
  • Blocks — which sections and blocks get attention, including per-page engagement for PDFs
  • Reactions — page-level reactions from viewers

The Inbox

The Inbox in the builder collects everything visitors did that needs your attention: questions to answer, files they uploaded, action-plan steps they checked off and ratings they left. Replies on question threads can be public answers or internal notes only your team sees.

The engagement overview

Open Spaces → Engagement for the cross-portal view:

  • 30-day totals: viewers, time viewed, meetings booked from portals
  • Hot spaces — deals with strong recent engagement
  • Gone quiet — published portals with no visit in 14 days, your follow-up list
  • A sortable table of every Space with owner, heat score, viewers, time viewed, downloads, bookings, action-plan progress and last activity

Content performance

Below the engagement overview, the Content performance table shows how each library file performs across all Spaces: where it is used, viewers, time viewed, completion and downloads. Label your assets right in the table to keep the library organized.

Automatic follow-ups

Spaces can nudge automatically: viewers receive a follow-up prompt when engagement goes quiet, and you can wire engagement events into your existing meetergo workflows.
