Spaces: Overview & Getting Started
Give every client one link that bundles meetings, an action plan, documents and updates in a branded portal
A Space is a branded client portal: one link your client keeps for the whole engagement. Instead of scattering meeting links, attachments and follow-ups across email threads, everything lives in one place that stays current.
A Space can contain:
- Meetings — your client sees their upcoming and past meetings with you, can join with one click and book follow-ups
- Action plan — a shared checklist with phases, due dates and owners on both sides; clients can check off their own steps
- Documents — files delivered securely, with optional watermarking and download control
- Meeting recaps — summaries you choose to publish after calls
- Forms and schedulers — embedded meetergo forms and booking pages
- Embeds — Loom, YouTube, Figma, Miro, Google Docs and other tools, straight in the portal
- Team panel — who is who on your side and theirs
- Q&A — clients ask questions in the portal; you answer and can publish the best ones as a FAQ
Spaces is currently in beta and free on every plan. Automatic portal creation after a booking is available on the Teams plan.
Creating your first Space
- Open Spaces in the left sidebar
- Click New Space
- Search for the client company first. meetergo shows a live preview with their logo, colors and a few theme options
- Pick a starting point: recommended Mira draft, client portal preset, a saved template, another starter preset or a blank space
- Build from the readiness checklist: add content, connect a booking path, invite people and view the portal as the client before sharing
The editor is fully WYSIWYG: what you see on the canvas is exactly what your client sees. Add sections and blocks, edit text in place, and use Preview at any time to walk through the portal as your client.
If you connect a Space to a CRM deal, you can jump between the deal and the portal, and bookings made from the portal are attributed to it automatically.
Sharing
Use Review & share on a draft, or Share once it is live. Inviting someone or copying a link publishes the Space. You can invite people by email or use a link with the protection level you need: email verification, one-time codes, passwords, expiry dates, watermarking, screenshot protection, visitor questions, custom link previews or an NDA gate. See Creating & sharing a Space for details.
What happens after sharing
Every visit, document view and check-off is tracked. The per-space analytics show who is engaging and how warm the deal is, and the Inbox collects questions, uploaded files and completed steps in one stream. See Engagement analytics.
