What your clients see in a Space
The buyer side of a Space: verification, meetings, action plans, documents, questions and uploads
This article shows the portal from your client's perspective, so you know exactly what you are sharing.
Opening the portal
Depending on the link settings, visitors may be asked for their email address, a one-time verification code, a password, or to accept an NDA before entering. Invited people skip verification because their address is already trusted.
Inside the portal
- Their meetings — verified visitors see their upcoming and past meetings with your company, can join calls and book follow-ups directly in the portal. Bookings made here are attributed to the Space in your analytics.
- Action plan — clients see progress across phases and can check off the steps assigned to their side. You are notified in the Inbox.
- Documents — files open inline. Depending on your link settings they are watermarked with the viewer's identity and downloads can be disabled.
- Recaps — meeting summaries you published after calls.
- Embedded tools — Loom videos, Figma files, Miro boards, forms and booking pages render inside the portal.
- Questions — clients can ask questions on any content block. You answer from the Inbox and can publish helpful threads as a portal FAQ.
- File uploads — if enabled on the link, clients can send files back through the portal instead of email.
- Reactions and rating — clients can react to document pages and rate the portal.
- Assistant — if you enabled it, verified visitors can ask the portal assistant questions and get answers grounded in the portal's content. Questions the assistant cannot answer are escalated to you.
The portal adapts to your branding (logo, colors, cover) and is available in English and German, following the visitor's browser language.
What clients never see
- Internal notes on question threads stay team-only
- Sections and blocks hidden for their audience
- Your analytics, lead scores and Inbox
- The client-company insights card, unless you explicitly enabled it
Use Preview in the editor at any time to walk through the portal exactly as a client would, including embedded booking pages and forms.
