Organization Administration

Manage your company structure with workspaces, groups, and company-wide settings

As a company admin, you control the organizational structure, permissions, and settings that affect all users. This guide covers how to manage your meetergo organization effectively.

Organization Structure

meetergo uses a hierarchical structure:

Company Settings

Accessing Company Settings

  1. Click your profile icon
  2. Go to SettingsCompany
  3. Configure organization-wide options

Permission Settings

Control what different roles can do:

Meeting Type Permissions

Who can create and edit meeting types:

Managing Users

View All Users

  1. Go to TeamMembers
  2. See list of all organization members
  3. Filter by role, group, or status

Add New Users

  1. Go to TeamInvite
  2. Enter email address(es)
  3. Select role and group assignments
  4. Send invitation

User Management Actions

Require Invitations

Enable to control who can join:

  1. Go to SettingsCompany
  2. Enable Require Invitation
  3. New users must have a valid invite to join

Workspaces

Workspaces provide separate environments within your organization.

What Workspaces Offer

  • Separate branding per workspace
  • Dedicated booking pages
  • Workspace-specific settings
  • User assignment to workspaces

Creating a Workspace

  1. Go to SettingsWorkspaces
  2. Click Create Workspace
  3. Configure workspace settings:
    • Name and slug
    • Branding (inherits from company or custom)
    • Assigned users
  4. Save the workspace

Workspace Administration

Each workspace has:

  • Workspace admins (manage the workspace)
  • Workspace users (regular members)

Workspace admins can:

  • Manage workspace branding
  • Add/remove workspace users
  • Configure workspace settings

They cannot:

  • Access company-wide settings
  • Manage other workspaces
  • Change company billing

Groups

Groups organize users for team scheduling features.

Creating Groups

  1. Go to TeamGroups
  2. Click Create Group
  3. Name the group
  4. Add members
  5. Assign group admins

FAQ

Can I have multiple company admins?

Yes, you can have multiple company admins. Be selective to maintain security.

What happens when I delete a user?

Their bookings remain (for record-keeping), but they lose access. Personal data can be purged on request.

Can users be in multiple workspaces?

Depending on your plan and configuration, users may be able to access multiple workspaces.

How do I transfer ownership?

Contact support to transfer company ownership to another admin.
