Affiliate rewards and the Partner program
Understand the difference between normal-user affiliate rewards and the approved meetergo Partner program.
meetergo has two separate ways to introduce another company. Choose the one that matches what you want to manage.

Cello is only part of the normal-user affiliate and rewards feature. It is never used by an approved meetergo Partner. Partner applications, referrals, Resell customers, users, monthly statements, and recorded invoice details are native meetergo features.
Normal-user affiliate and rewards
Use the normal-user rewards area when you only want to share your personal referral link. The Cello panel shows the current affiliate terms and reward information for that program.
This program does not approve your company as a meetergo partner, create customer workspaces, grant Partner access, or make your company responsible for customer seats.
After company approval, use the native Partner portal. Cello is hidden for the approved Partner company and is not a fallback for Partner referrals or billing.
Approved Partner program
Use the Partner program if your company needs to:
- submit and track business referrals in meetergo
- create separate customer workspaces
- invite customer admins and users
- open customer workspaces through Partner access
- choose Customer pays meetergo or Partner pays meetergo for each customer
- see the current Partner-paid seat estimate and frozen monthly statements
