Refer meetergo with your personal invite link. Your contacts save 50% for 3 months. You get 20% of what they pay for 12 months.

Select Refer in the navigation.
Copy your invite link with Copy link.

The Show my first name switch sets whether your invite page shows your first name.

Send it by WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X or email straight from the Refer page.
Download the QR code as a PNG for slides or print.
Put the link wherever your contacts see it, for example in your email signature.

No paid search ads on "meetergo", no spam and no self-referrals. Those referrals earn nothing.

What your contacts get

Each subscription gets one discount. If the company also has a launch code, it gets the better offer.

How you earn

You get 20% of the net amount the referred company pays for its subscription and seats.
This runs for 12 months from their first paid invoice, up to EUR 10,000 per company.
Usage such as telephony or SMS, add-ons and VAT do not count.
The first referral counts. A company that has already paid cannot be attributed later.

The Refer page shows clicks, signups and paying companies. For each company you see its status and the expected payout date.

Status	Meaning
Signed up	The company signed up but has not paid yet.
Earning	The company pays and you earn from it.
Ended	The 12 months are over or the cap is reached.
Under review	We are checking the referral before paying out.
Not eligible	For example a self-referral.

Payouts

Your earnings become available 30 days after your contact pays.
We pay out once a month, usually on the 4th.
Minimum: EUR 50 for businesses, EUR 25 for private persons, EUR 10 as meetergo credit.
Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the earnings on it lapse.

Set up payouts

Open Refer and select Set up under Set up payouts. We ask:

Name and address: as they appear on your document.
Do you invoice with VAT? Yes, No or Not sure. With "Not sure" we pay without VAT. You can correct this later.
Do you have a VAT ID or tax number? Required if you invoice with VAT. We check VAT IDs with the German Federal Central Tax Office.
Payout method: bank transfer through Stripe, or credit for your meetergo invoices.
Self-billing: you agree that we issue a credit note (Gutschrift) instead of you sending us an invoice.

Credit note or statement

Credit note (Gutschrift): a tax document we issue on your behalf. You do not invoice us.
Payout statement: for private persons outside Germany. It is not a tax document.

You find all documents under Refer in the payout section.

Object to a credit note

If something is wrong, for example your address or the VAT:

Open the document under Refer in the payout section.
Select Object, give a reason and correct your details.
We cancel the document and issue a new one right away.

Do you refer companies regularly or set them up yourself? Apply as a Partner under Settings > Partner program. See Partner program overview. After approval you refer only through the Partner portal.

Moving from Cello

Our referral program used to run on Cello. It now runs directly in meetergo.

Does my old link still work? Yes. Old Cello links still lead to signup and count for you. Your new link is on the Refer page.

What happens to my existing referrals? They keep earning and keep their Cello terms until their cap. We pay out on the 4th of every month once your payout is set up.

Who pays out my earlier Cello rewards? Cello. Claim the rewards you earned on Cello directly there.

What is new?

Monthly payouts with a credit note, as meetergo credit or by bank transfer.
Your contacts get 50% off for 3 months on a monthly plan.
You get 20% for 12 months on new referrals, up to EUR 10,000 per company.

Do I need to do anything? Set up your payout on the Refer page. Until then your earnings wait for you.

FAQ

My contacts signed up, but I do not see them. They must sign up through your link. Contact support within 7 days of their signup and we will check the attribution.

Can I refer myself? No. Referrals within the same company or domain earn nothing.

Do I have to pay tax on my earnings? As a private person usually yes, as other income. See Payouts and tax.

Why is my money on hold? Usually payout details are missing or the minimum is not reached yet. Sometimes we check a referral more closely. You see the status on the Refer page.
