How can I delete my account?
Permanently delete your meetergo account and all its data from the Profile settings' Account removal section.
You can permanently delete your account in your profile settings. To stop a paid subscription while keeping your account, cancel your subscription instead.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Account deletion is blocked while your company has protected routing-form recipient links. Open each affected form, go to Results, Recipients, and unlock the links first. Unlocking does not delete them. Only delete a link if you also want its distributed URL to stop working. See Sending Forms Directly to Recipients.
Delete your account
- Open your Profile settings.
- Scroll to Delete account and click Delete account. If you own the workspace, remove other team members first.
- Choose a reason. The next view shows a relevant message from Dominik and ways to get help. Watching the video and leaving a comment are optional. You can go back to change your reason.
- Click Continue to deletion. The button stays visible at the bottom of the dialog while you scroll through its content.
- Read the warning, type DELETE, and click Delete permanently.
After you select a reason, available videos start with sound and captions where your browser permits it. Otherwise they start muted. The controls below the video let you pause, seek, switch sound or captions, and replay. With reduced motion enabled, start playback using the play button.
Choose Keep my account to close the dialog without deleting. A reason is required to continue to deletion, but you do not have to contact support or watch a video.
