FAQ

Why am I still shown as available when I have "Out of Office" events in my calendar?

If you notice that "Out of Office" events aren't blocking your availability in meetergo, check your availability status settings:

  1. Go to your Profile page and click the gear icon next to your connected calendar
  2. Under Calendar settings, find the "Consider me unavailable if" option
  3. Make sure "Out of Office" is selected

If "Out of Office" is not checked, meetergo will treat those calendar events as available time slots. Simply check the box to ensure these events block your availability properly.

What happens if I lose connection to my calendar?

Can meetergo access my email or other personal information?

No. meetergo only requests permissions related to calendar functionality and cannot access your emails, contacts, or other personal information beyond what's necessary for calendar operations.
