Sharing your booking link
Need to share your scheduling link with clients or colleagues? This article covers all the ways you can easily share your availability, from single meeting types to full landing pages, helping you choose the right sharing option for your specific needs.
When you want to invite people to book a specific type of meeting:
Go to your Meeting Types overview page.
Find the meeting type you want to share
Click the "Copy Link" button next to it
Share this link with your intended recipient via email, message, or any other platform
Language Tip: The default link will use your default language specified in Company Languages. If you'd like to share the link in a different language, click "Share" instead and choose your preferred language from the dropdown next to the link box.
Once someone clicks your link, they'll be taken directly to that specific meeting type's booking page where they can select an available time slot based on your calendar availability.
