Ever wanted to stop certain people from booking meetings with you? meetergo's email blocking feature lets you do just that. You can block specific email addresses or entire domains to keep unwanted bookings at bay. This article will show you how to set it up and use it effectively.

How to Block Emails



Login to your meetergo account and go to your meeting type overview
Select the meeting type you want to modify
Click on the "Questions for invitees" tab
Activate the "Block emails" option
Enter the email addresses or domains you want to block

Emails can be blocked from any Form, including Routing Forms.

Understanding Email Blocking



Once you've set up email blocking, anyone using a blocked email address or domain won't be able to complete a booking. Instead, they'll see that no times are available. This feature works for all forms, including routing forms.

To block a specific email, simply enter the full email address. To block an entire domain, just enter "@domain.com".
