Getting Started
Accessing the CRM
- Log in to your meetergo dashboard
- Click CRM in the main navigation
- You'll see the main CRM view with tabs for Deals, Contacts, Companies, Tasks, and Reports
The CRM Dashboard
The main CRM page shows:
- Summary Cards: Quick stats for pipeline value, contacts, companies, and tasks
- View Tabs: Switch between Deals, Contacts, Companies, Tasks, and Reports
- Scope Picker: Filter by "My Sales" or view all team data
Creating Your First Deal
- Click New Deal
- Enter the deal name (e.g., "Acme Corp - Enterprise Plan")
- Set the deal value and currency
- Select or create a company
- Choose a pipeline and stage
- Click Create
Your deal now appears on the Kanban board, ready to be tracked through your sales process.
Views and Navigation
Deals View
The default view shows your deals in two modes:
- Board: Kanban-style view with drag-and-drop between stages
- Table: List view with sorting and filtering options
Use the toggle in the top-right to switch between views.
Contacts View
Browse and search all contacts in your CRM. Create new contacts, import from CSV, or run the deduplication tool.
Companies View
Manage company profiles. View associated deals and contacts for each company.
Tasks View
See all pending tasks across your deals. Filter by type, priority, or assignee.
Reports View
Access sales analytics including pipeline value, forecasts, and stage metrics.
