Brand Enrichment
Automatically populate Deal Space company profiles with logos, brand colors, social links, and more from the prospect's website
Brand Enrichment automatically fills in a prospect's company profile by looking up their website. Instead of manually searching for logos, brand colors, and company info, meetergo fetches it all in seconds.
Brand Enrichment requires a Teams plan or higher. On lower plans, company profiles must be filled in manually.
What Gets Enriched
When you enrich a company, meetergo retrieves the following from the prospect's website domain:

How to Enrich a Company
From the Deal Space
- Open a Deal Space
- On the Main tab, locate the company profile card
- Ensure the Website or Domain field has a value (e.g.,
acme.comorhttps://acme.com) - Click Enrich company data (the sparkle icon ✦ next to the company name)
- meetergo fetches data from the domain — this usually takes 2–5 seconds
- Review the enriched fields
- Click Save
From the Company Edit Form
- Open the Deal Space
- Click Edit company
- Fill in the Website or Domain field
- Click Enrich in the form
- Fields populate automatically — edit any values before saving
You can enrich a company multiple times. For example, after the initial enrichment, update the domain and run enrichment again to refresh any changed branding.
How Enrichment Works
meetergo uses the Brand.dev API to look up company data by domain. The process:
- meetergo normalizes the input (strips
https://, paths, etc.) to get a clean domain - The domain is sent to Brand.dev, which indexes company brand data from public sources
- The response is mapped to meetergo's company profile fields
- Only empty fields are overwritten — any fields you've already filled in manually are preserved
Enrichment does not overwrite data you've already entered. If you've manually set a logo, it won't be replaced. Only blank fields are populated.
Domain vs. Website
When enriching, meetergo uses the following logic to determine what to look up:
- Domain field (if set) — used first, e.g.,
acme.com - Website field (if domain is empty) — the full URL is normalized to extract the domain
You can enter either:
- A bare domain:
acme.com - A full URL:
https://www.acme.com/about
meetergo normalizes both to acme.com before the lookup.
Free Email Handling
Enrichment is skipped for personal email domains (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.). These don't represent a company brand.
If a contact uses a work email like alice@acme.com, enrichment uses acme.com as the domain.
Reviewing and Editing Enriched Data
After enrichment, all populated fields are editable. Common adjustments:
- Logo: Choose between light and dark mode variants, or upload your own
- Colors: Adjust the suggested brand colors to match your visual needs
- Industry: Brand.dev's classification may be broader than what's useful — refine it
- Description: Shorten or rewrite the auto-generated text for your context
Changes are saved when you click Save on the company form.
Re-running Enrichment
You can enrich a company more than once:
- After updating the domain to correct a previous lookup
- To refresh stale data (e.g., the company rebranded)
Each enrichment run overwrites only fields that were previously empty (or that you've cleared). Manually entered data is always preserved.
Troubleshooting
No data was found
Cause: Brand.dev doesn't have indexed data for this domain.
What to do:
- Double-check the domain spelling
- Try the bare domain (
acme.com) rather than a subdomain (app.acme.com) - Fill in the fields manually
Enrichment returned wrong data
Cause: Brand.dev may occasionally index data from an acquired or redirected domain.
What to do:
- Clear the incorrect fields
- Fill in the correct values manually
- If the same domain consistently returns wrong data, use a different domain or fill manually
The "Enrich" button is not visible
Cause: Your plan does not include Brand Enrichment.
What to do: Upgrade to the Teams plan or higher. The enrich button appears automatically after upgrading.
FAQ
Does enrichment use private or scraped data?
No. Brand.dev indexes publicly available brand data from company websites, not private or scraped information.
Can I enrich multiple companies at once?
Currently, enrichment runs on one company at a time from the Deal Space or company form. Bulk enrichment is not available.
Is enrichment available for contacts, not just companies?
Not currently. Enrichment applies to company profiles only.
What happens to enriched data if I downgrade my plan?
Enriched data already saved to company profiles is retained. You simply cannot run new enrichments until upgrading again.
Does enrichment work for any company worldwide?
Brand.dev covers a large number of global companies, but coverage varies. Smaller or newer companies may have limited data. For those, manual entry is the fallback.
