Meet Mira, your AI assistant
Mira is meetergo's EU-hosted AI assistant that schedules meetings, answers from your knowledge, looks up your CRM, and helps you build, all inside your dashboard.
Mira is your AI assistant, built right into meetergo. Ask it a question, have it check your calendar and book a meeting, look something up in your CRM, or draft and brainstorm, all in one private chat. Because Mira lives inside meetergo, it already knows your meeting types, availability, workflows, and customer data (only the data you allow), so it can actually get things done rather than just talk.
Mira is hosted in the European Union, so your team gets a private assistant without sending company data to external tools like ChatGPT.
What Mira can do
- Schedule and book. Mira checks your availability and books meetings directly in the chat.
- Answer from your knowledge. Point Mira at your documents and website, and it answers questions using your own content.
- Look up your CRM. Find contacts, companies, and deals when you need them, without leaving the chat.
- Build and edit. Mira helps you create and adjust meeting types and forms.
- Replace external chat tools. Draft, summarize, and brainstorm in a private, EU-hosted assistant, so your team does not need ChatGPT or other tools that send data outside the EU.
Where to find Mira
There are two ways to chat with Mira:
- The Mira launcher in your dashboard. Open meetergo and look for the Mira button. It opens a chat panel right beside your work, so you can ask a quick question without leaving the page.
- The full Mira workspace. For longer sessions, open the dedicated, full-screen chat. You will find an Open chat button on the Mira Overview page in your dashboard.
In both places you can start a new conversation, return to earlier chats, and pick up where you left off. Your chat history is saved to your account.
Hosted in Europe
Mira is built for European data protection from the ground up:
- EU hosting. Mira runs on AI models hosted in the European Union.
- No training on your data. Your conversations and company data are never used to train AI models.
- Encrypted in transit. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS).
- GDPR and EU AI Act aligned. Mira is designed to keep you compliant, including the transparency rules of the EU AI Act.
Turn Mira on or off
Mira is controlled centrally for your whole company by an admin.
- Go to the Mira console.
- Use the master switch in the header to turn Mira on or off for everyone.
When Mira is off, the launcher is hidden and the chat is unavailable for your entire team. When it is on, everyone on your team can use it.
The Mira console is only available to company admins. Everyone else on your team can use Mira once an admin has turned it on.
The Mira console
The console is where admins set Mira up. It has five tabs:
| Tab | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Overview | Turn Mira on or off, see usage at a glance, and open the full chat |
| Data access | Choose which company data Mira can read |
| Company knowledge | Upload documents and add a website for Mira to learn from |
| Website widget | Add Mira as a chat widget on your own website |
| Analytics | See how your team and website visitors use Mira |
