Mira brief
Let Mira prepare every meeting: what the meeting is for, the questions you want answered, and what their website and LinkedIn say. Ready 2 hours before the call.
Mira prepares a brief 2 hours before each booking. You find it in the booking, in the Connect call under Customer, and in your inbox if you want it there.
You set it up per meeting type, because a demo needs different prep than a support call.
Set up the brief for a meeting type
- Open the meeting type and go to Power-Ups.
- Switch on Mira brief. It is on for every meeting type until you switch it off.
- Under What is this meeting about?, describe the meeting in a sentence or two. For example: "First product demo for sales teams. We want to learn how they book meetings today."
- Under What should Mira find out?, add your questions. For example: "Which scheduling tool do they use today?"
- Save.
Your questions
Mira answers each question before the call when the facts allow it, and shows where it found the answer. A question Mira could not answer appears under Ask on the call.
The same questions are your checklist during the call, so you only write them once.
A meeting type starts with your workspace's shared questions. When you change them on one meeting type, that meeting type gets its own copy, and the others stay as they are. Click Use the shared questions again to go back.
What Mira may read
- Their website and the web. Mira reads the company website of the person who booked and searches the web for your questions. It also spots tools their website uses, for example a booking tool, a CRM or a chat widget. This only works for work email addresses, not for Gmail or similar.
- Their LinkedIn profile. Mira looks up the person you meet and adds their role and background to the contact. Each new contact uses one LinkedIn lookup from your workspace's monthly allowance. Mira only looks someone up when it is certain it has the right person.
Mira reads these sources once, 2 hours before the call. To read them again, open the booking and click the refresh icon next to Before the call.
Get the brief by email
Switch on Email me the brief in the Mira brief card. This is your own setting and applies to all your meetings. The email arrives 2 hours before the call and goes only to you.
Templates
On a meeting type template, the Mira brief is stamped onto every assigned meeting type like any other setting. Lock it to keep members from changing the brief and its questions.
