Partner program overview and application

The meetergo Partner program gives agencies, consultants, and service providers one place to introduce customers and manage separate customer workspaces. An approved Partner can choose who pays meetergo for each customer, invite customer users securely, open customer workspaces for setup, and review Partner billing.

You create customer workspaces yourself, in the portal or via the API. meetergo does not create workspaces for you. Sending us customer data does not create a workspace.

A Partner company manages customer relationships in the Partner portal. A Partner user is an external administrator inside a customer workspace. These are related, but not the same role. See Partner users on the Free plan for the customer view of Partner access.

The Partner program is for businesses that refer or look after customers. Anyone who only wants to share a link can use the affiliate program under Refer. After approval, your company refers only through the Partner portal. See the comparison in Refer meetergo and earn 20%.

Who can apply

The program belongs to a meetergo company workspace. You must be an admin of your own workspace to apply on behalf of the company. Regular members cannot apply.

If you are viewing a customer's workspace through Partner access, select Back to Partner portal at the top. It takes you to your own company's Partner portal.

Apply to the Partner program

Sign in to your own meetergo workspace as an admin.
Open Settings and select Partner program.
Choose your Partner type, intended Refer or Resell models, and optionally add your website.
Describe the customers you work with and your goals for the partnership.
Select your expected referrals per month and optionally add a message.
Read and accept the Partner Program Terms, version 2026-10-01-r4.
Select Submit application.

Submitting an application does not approve the company automatically.

Status	Meaning
Pending	The application is waiting for staff review. You may withdraw it to change the details.
Approved	Admins of the approved company may use the native Partner portal.
Rejected	The application was not approved. Review any message before applying again.
Withdrawn	An admin withdrew the application before a decision. The company may apply again.
Revoked	New Partner activity is blocked. Existing customer and billing obligations continue until meetergo confirms a change.

Change a pending application

You cannot edit a submitted application in place. Withdraw it from Settings > Partner program, update the details, and submit it again.

Withdrawing only ends the current review. It does not delete your company workspace or change the affiliate program.

After approval

Every admin of the approved company receives an email with the next steps. They see Partner portal in the main navigation. The overview starts with a checklist. Each step shows its status and exactly one action:

Accept the Partner terms
Set up billing, only needed for Resell. With Refer this step is optional.
Create a demo workspace
Set it up yourself, in the workspace, via the API, or with MCP
Create your first real customer
First booking at a customer

When every required step is done, the checklist hides itself. Select Show checklist to bring it back.

Demo workspace

Every Partner can create one free demo workspace. It is never billed, never counts as a customer or a seat, and never earns commission. Use it to learn meetergo and to show it in sales. It appears under Customers marked Demo, where you can also delete it and then create a new one.

Refer or Resell

Before creating a customer, choose one relationship for that customer:

Resell: Partner pays meetergo

You can choose a different relationship for another customer. Read Refer or Resell: choose who pays meetergo before creating the first workspace.

One shared Partner level sets both rates. Refer starts at 20% for Bronze and rises to 35% for Diamond. Resell starts at Bronze with a 20% wholesale discount and rises to 35%. You reach a level with eligible revenue from the previous 12 months or with the number of paying customers. A written commercial minimum level may apply.

Refer commission applies during the customer's first 12 months, with a 45-day hold and EUR 100 payout threshold. Resell uses current public monthly Light, Suite, or Premium prices and is billed automatically through Stripe. Partner benefits do not stack with the affiliate program. If the portal says customer setup is not enabled, approval is active but meetergo has not finished configuring the commercial terms. You can still manage referrals. Contact support if the message remains.
