How to Create Meeting Type Bundles

Combine multiple meeting types into packages that clients can book together with optional discounts

Updated on December 30, 2025

Bundles let you combine multiple meeting types into a single bookable package. This is perfect for offering service packages, consultation series, or any combination of services that clients typically book together.

With bundles, clients can select multiple services from your catalog, see the total duration and price, and book everything in one go. You can even offer discounts to incentivize package bookings.

Creating a Bundle

  1. Go to Meeting Types and click on the Bundles tab
  2. Click Create Bundle
  3. Fill in the bundle details:
    • Bundle Name: A descriptive name for your package
    • Bundle Link: The URL slug for your bundle's booking page
    • Description: Explain what's included and who it's for
  4. Select the meeting types to include in the bundle
  5. Configure selection limits and other settings
  6. Enable the bundle and save

Organizing with Categories

For bundles with many meeting types, you can organize them into categories:

  1. In the bundle editor, go to the Categories section
  2. Assign a category to each meeting type (e.g., "Consultation", "Treatment", "Follow-up")
  3. Set the category order to control how they appear on the booking page
  4. Meeting types with the same category are grouped together

Categories help clients navigate larger bundles by grouping related services together.

How It Works for Bookers

When a client visits your bundle booking page:

  1. They see all available services organized by category (if configured)
  2. They select the services they want (respecting min/max limits)
  3. For each selected service, they may choose duration options and hosts (based on your settings)
  4. The booking page shows the total duration and price with any discounts applied
  5. They select an available time slot that works for all selected services
  6. They complete the booking form and confirm
