Internal Notes for Meeting Types

Add private notes to your meeting types that only you and your team can see — perfect for organizing projects, partners, and briefings.

Updated on April 12, 2026

Internal notes let you attach private information to any meeting type. They are only visible to you and your team — your customers will never see them on the booking page, in emails, or anywhere else.

This is especially useful if you manage many meeting types across different projects or clients and need a quick way to tell them apart.

Use Cases

  • Project keys: Tag meeting types with internal project codes like pi009_Markt Tansas Offenbach_TSO
  • Partner info: Note which partner or client this meeting type belongs to
  • Briefing notes: Add context for your team about how to handle this meeting type
  • Language or regional notes: Remind yourself which language or location applies
  • Calendly migration: If you used internal notes in Calendly, this is the equivalent feature in meetergo

How to Add an Internal Note

  1. Go to Meeting Types in your dashboard
  2. Click on the meeting type you want to edit
  3. In the Setup tab, find the Internal note field below the description
  4. Enter your note
  5. Click Save

Internal Notes in the Overview

Once you add an internal note, it appears as a subtitle below the meeting type name in your meeting types overview. This gives you an instant visual reference without having to open each meeting type individually.

This is particularly helpful when you manage many meeting types with similar names — the internal note helps you tell them apart at a glance.
