Light customers can switch on every Suite app for 14 days without changing their plan: who sees the offer, what unlocks, what stops at the end, how to end early, and how to buy Suite
If you pay for Light and run into a feature that belongs to Suite, meetergo offers you Suite for 14 days. Nothing changes on your bill. You use the apps for real, and if they earn their place, you buy Suite from Billing.
Who sees the offer
- An admin of a workspace on the Light plan with an active subscription.
- Once per workspace. After the 14 days there is no second trial.
The offer appears exactly where Light stops: on the Recordings page, on the Receipts tab in Invoicing, on email sync in the CRM, when you add more hosts to a meeting type, in the forms routing pane, and in every upgrade dialog that asks for Suite. Billing shows it too.
Start the trial
- Click Start trial on the card.
- The feature opens right away, without a reload.
Your plan stays Light. Your seats, price and billing date do not change.
What unlocks
Everything in Suite, for the whole workspace:
- Unlimited workflows instead of 3
- Routing forms and file uploads in forms
- Unlimited form responses, signatures and invoices per month instead of 100, 3 and 3
- Verified signatures (email code)
- Round robin with your whole team
- Call recordings with AI notes
- Receipts in Invoicing and email sync in the CRM
The sidebar shows how many days are left. Billing shows the end date and the Buy Suite button.
What happens at the end
The trial ends by itself after 14 days. Three days before, the account owner gets an email, and one more when it has ended.
- Light limits apply again: 3 workflows, 100 form responses, 3 signatures and 3 invoices per month, no routing, no round robin, no recordings.
- Nothing you created is deleted. Workflows, forms, receipts and signature requests stay. Existing workflows keep running; above the limit you cannot create new ones. Round robin meeting types stop taking bookings, and recordings stay stored but cannot be played, until you buy Suite.
Buy Suite before the end and nothing pauses. You pick up exactly where you left off.
End the trial early
Go to Billing and click End trial. Light limits apply again right away. Everything you created stays.
Buy Suite
Open Billing and click Buy Suite, during the trial or after it. Your Light subscription moves to Suite on the spot, and the difference is charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period, the same as any plan change. See Upgrade to a paid plan.
