Keep track of your meetergo usage, understand how billing works, and manage your subscription effectively.

Subscription Overview

Viewing Your Plan

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. See your current plan and status:
    • Plan name (Free, Light, Suite, Premium, Enterprise)
    • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
    • Next billing date
    • Subscription status

Plan Status Types

StatusMeaning
ActiveSubscription is current and paid
TrialUsing trial period features
Past DuePayment failed, action needed
CanceledSubscription ended

Usage Metrics

Tracking Your Usage

Monitor key usage metrics in your dashboard:

Meeting Types

  • Active meeting types: Count of published meeting types
  • Plan limit: How many you can have on your plan
  • Usage: Current vs. allowed

Calendar Connections

  • Connected calendars: How many calendars you've linked
  • Plan limit: Maximum allowed (1 or 6 depending on plan)

Team Members

For team plans:

  • Active users: Current team member count
  • Seats: Included or purchased seats

API Platform Usage

If you use the API Platform:

  1. Go to SettingsAPI or Billing
  2. View metered usage:
    • Bookings created via API
    • Current billing period usage
    • Usage trends

API Platform uses metered billing. You pay based on actual bookings created.

SMS Credits

If you send SMS or WhatsApp messages from a workflow, your current balance and the credits used this period are shown under SettingsCredits. How many credits a message costs, what your plan includes, and how to buy more are covered in SMS and WhatsApp Credits.

Billing Information

Viewing Invoices

Your invoices are in the dashboard and can be downloaded as PDFs at any time. See Find and Download Invoices.

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Update Payment Method or Manage Billing
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save changes

Billing Portal

Access the full Stripe billing portal:

  1. Click Manage Billing in subscription settings
  2. View all invoices
  3. Update payment methods
  4. Download tax documents

Managing Your Subscription

You change plans under Admin Center → Billing. A change between two paid plans takes effect immediately in both directions, with the current period prorated, and only the switch to Free waits for the end of your billing period. Limits and Quotas

Every plan has its own allowances, for example how many active meeting types and connected calendars you get. The full list is in Plan Comparison.

Approaching Limits

When approaching a limit:

  • Dashboard may show a warning
  • Consider upgrading before hitting the limit
  • Review if all resources are needed

Exceeding Limits

If you exceed plan limits:

  • Some features may be restricted
  • You'll be prompted to upgrade
  • Existing data is preserved

Trial Period

New accounts start on a trial with Premium features, and the remaining days are shown in your dashboard. See Trial for what happens when it ends.

Notifications

Billing Notifications

You'll receive emails for:

  • Successful payments
  • Failed payments
  • Subscription changes
  • Trial expiration warnings

Managing Notifications

Check your email preferences in SettingsNotifications to ensure billing emails reach you.

Troubleshooting

Payment Failed

If a payment fails:

  1. Check your payment method is current
  2. Ensure sufficient funds/credit
  3. Try a different card
  4. Contact your bank if issues persist

Wrong Amount Charged

If billing seems incorrect:

  1. Check your plan and billing cycle
  2. Review prorations from plan changes
  3. Check add-ons or credits purchased
  4. Contact support with your invoice

Missing Features

If features are missing:

  1. Verify your current plan
  2. Check if trial has ended
  3. Confirm payment is current
