Customize Branding

Make your booking pages match your brand with logos, colors, templates, and custom CSS.

Updated on March 16, 2026

meetergo lets you customize the look of your booking pages so they match your brand. You can upload a logo, pick your brand colors, choose from ready-made design templates, or fine-tune everything with custom CSS — all with a live preview.

Where to find branding settings

Go to Branding in your organization settings. Here you can set:

  • Logo — appears on all booking pages (replaces user avatars when enforced for all users)
  • Brand color — your primary color, used in buttons and accents
  • Email sender name — the name shown in outgoing emails (defaults to your company name)
  • Hide meetergo branding — remove the meetergo logo from your booking pages

The Visual Branding Editor

For more control, open the Visual Branding Editor. It gives you a live preview of your booking page while you make changes — so you can see exactly how it will look.

You can open the editor from:

  • The Branding settings page (applies to all booking pages)
  • A specific meeting type's branding settings (applies only to that meeting type)

What you can customize

Colors — Set your primary color, page background, card background, text color, secondary text, and border color.

Layout — Choose border radius (sharp to rounded), shadow intensity (none to strong), and button style (solid, outline, or gradient).

Design templates — Pick from 10 ready-made themes as a starting point:

  • Clean & Modern, Dark Mode, Nature, Warm & Bold, Minimal Gray, Ocean Breeze, Purple Premium, Corporate, Rose Soft, Midnight

Each template sets colors, shadows, and button styles — you can customize further after applying one.

Live preview — See your changes in real time. Switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile views, and preview different pages (booking, confirmation, reschedule, cancellation).

Custom CSS — For advanced customization, switch to the CSS editor. It includes a reference of all available CSS classes (layout, calendar, time slots, form elements, buttons, and more) so you know exactly what you can target.

Per-meeting-type branding

You can also customize branding for individual meeting types. In the meeting type editor, go to the branding settings where you can:

  • Open the Visual Branding Editor for this specific meeting type
  • Show company logo instead of the host's profile photo
  • Show team logo for round-robin meeting types
  • Choose a CSS mode:
    • No custom CSS (default appearance)
    • Use company CSS (inherit your organization styles)
    • Custom CSS for this meeting type only

FAQ

Will my logo appear on all team members' booking pages?

Yes, when you enforce the logo setting, your company logo replaces individual user avatars on every booking page.

What file formats are supported for logos?

PNG, JPG, and SVG.

Can I use different branding for different meeting types?

Yes. Each meeting type can use the organization's branding, its own custom CSS, or a completely independent design via the Visual Branding Editor.

What happens if I don't enforce the logo for all users?

Team members can choose to display either your company logo or their personal avatar.
