Workflows automate the messages around your meetings: reminders before the meeting, follow-ups afterwards, and notifications when a booking is confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled. Each workflow combines a trigger, an action (email, SMS, or WhatsApp), and the recipients, and you assign it to the meeting types it should run for.
