Customize Your Sidebar

Your sidebar shows the apps and pages you use. You decide what is in it and in which order. The layout belongs to you: teammates keep their own.

Edit your sidebar

Click Add apps at the bottom of the sidebar.
The sidebar switches to edit mode and a panel opens next to it.
Change what you need (see below).
Click Done at the top of the sidebar.

Changes save as you go. There is nothing else to confirm.

Reorder rows

Drag a row by its grip on the left.
Or focus the grip and press the up and down arrow keys.

Home always stays at the top. Every other row can move.

Remove a row

Click the × at the end of a row. A message confirms it, with an Undo button if you change your mind.

Removing a row never deletes data. It only hides the entry from your sidebar. You can add it back at any time.

Keep at least one app in your sidebar. The last app cannot be removed.

Add apps

The panel next to the sidebar is the quick way to add something:

Search for an app or a page by name, or by the tool it replaces (for example "Calendly").
Popular apps lists the apps most teams add first. Click Add and it appears in your sidebar straight away.
Or set up a whole flow starts a template that switches on a set of apps and connects them.
Browse all apps opens the full list.

Browse all apps

The full list shows every app with a switch. Turn a switch on and the app appears in your sidebar, which stays visible next to the list so you see the change right away.

Replaces shows which tool an app takes over from, such as Calendly, Zoom or Pipedrive.
Sidebar items at the end of the list holds pages that are not apps: Meetings, Calendar, Workflows, Skills, Email templates, Integrations and Analytics. Use their switches to show or hide them.
Apps your plan does not include show the plan that unlocks them. Admins see an Upgrade button, other members can still add the app.

Connect and Mira Scheduling work inside other apps, so switching them on does not add a row of their own. Connect calls start from New and from your Calendar.

WhatsApp, Live Chat and Team Chat share one inbox called Messages. Switching on any of them adds Messages to your sidebar. Removing Messages from your sidebar also switches those apps off for you.

On your phone

On a phone the sidebar lives in the Menu tab. To change it, open Add apps from the menu and switch to the Your sidebar tab. There you can reorder and remove rows the same way.
