Embedding your booking page in Wix

Updated on August 22, 2025

If you want to integrate the practical appointment booking feature on your Wix website, you’re in the right place. In this help center article, I’ll show you how to do it in a few simple steps.

Step 1: Copy the Embed Code of Your Meeting Type

First, we'll copy the embed code that we will later insert into Wix.

  1. Log in to your meetergo account and navigate to your Meeting Types
  2. In the overview, click "Share" next to the meeting type you want to embed
  3. In the sharing window, go to the "Embed/Website" tab and choose "Inline Embed" Image

Step 2: Insert the Embed into Wix

Now we'll create the necessary widget in Wix to display the appointment booking.

  1. Open the Wix website editor where you can edit your site.
  2. Create a new page or open the page where you want to display the appointment booking.
  3. Add a new element by clicking the "+" symbol or "Add Element" and select "HTML Embed" from the list of elements.

Next, we insert the embed code by clicking on the newly added element and selecting "Edit Code". A settings window should appear. Paste the previously copied embed code from meetergo into the provided field.

Then click "Update" and the embed should now work.

Step 3: Adjust the Embed Style

Next, we resize the embed so the booking form is fully displayed. You can do this using the points on the side.

In the Wix editor, navigate to "Page Styles" or "Customize," depending on how your website is designed.

Here you can make custom CSS adjustments to change the colors, fonts, and other style properties of the embed.

That’s it! Your website visitors can now book appointments directly through the meetergo widget on your Wix site.

FAQ

The redirect after booking doesn’t work, what can I do?

External redirects in embeds are blocked by Wix. This decision is not ours, but it is actively blocked by Wix. The reason is that embeds are automatically placed in a wix-iframe with limited rights by Wix. Apparently, this is possible with Wix Premium, but we do not have any official information on this at the moment ( Source).
